Our Origins Story
In 2024 the Looking Glass Survey found that only 12% of the Film, TV and Cinema industry think it is a mentally healthy place to work, whilst 64% have considered leaving it due to concerns over mental health. Crafty Bird is a creative agency born from the need to change these statistics. There needs to be more kindness, respect, empathy, diversity, inclusion and female owned businesses. Crafty Bird puts all of these values at the heart of the agency.We believe in healthy collaboration where we inspire and help one another. Where mindfulness and wellbeing are part of our DNA and not used as buzz words. We are the people who care. The people who want to make a positive difference. The people who want to leave things in a better place, all whilst doing what we love - creative advertising! We deliver creative excellence in partnership with meticulous project management and have teams based in London and LA.
